3. Disclosure to Third Parties
The App shares information with third parties only in the following cases.
3-1. Transmission to LLM (Large Language Model) services
When using the LLM consultation feature, upon the user's explicit action (tapping the submit button), the following information is sent to an external API service.
- Voice quality scores and feature data (compact JSON format, numerical values that cannot identify individuals)
- User question text (up to 20 characters)
[Regarding transfers to third parties in foreign countries]
- Recipient: OpenAI, Inc.
- Recipient country: United States of America
- Personal data protection regime in the recipient country: The United States does not have comprehensive personal data protection legislation; protections are provided through sector-specific regulations such as the Federal Trade Commission Act.
- Protective measures at the recipient: Data is processed in accordance with OpenAI's Privacy Policy (openai.com/privacy) and its data usage terms.
3-2. Transmission to advertising SDKs
For advertising display, advertising SDKs automatically collect and use device information and advertising identifiers. Please refer to each SDK's privacy policy for details.
3-3. Statistical data sharing with third parties (future possibility)
In the future, as the service grows, we may share aggregated statistical data (processed so that individual users cannot be identified) with third parties (industry organizations, companies, research institutions, etc.) for market research and analysis purposes. If this happens, we will revise this Policy in advance to notify users, and obtain renewed consent as necessary. We will not conduct third-party data sharing under the current version of this Policy.
Note: The "Service improvement data collection" option in the app's Settings screen serves as an advance expression of intent regarding future third-party sharing. At this time, it is used only for internal service improvement and statistical analysis.
3-4. Legal requests
We may provide information to the minimum extent necessary in response to lawful disclosure requests based on applicable law.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
| Data type | Storage | Deletion method |
|---|---|---|
| Recorded audio | Device-local temporary area | Erased after analysis or on app deletion |
| Voice quality scores and history | Device-local DB (Hive) | Deleted when the app is uninstalled |
| LLM transmission data | External API services | Subject to each service's retention policy |
| Survey responses (individual) | Firebase Firestore (per anonymous user ID) | Can be deleted upon request via the contact below. Also scheduled to be deleted 2 years after the last use of the app. |
| Anonymized global aggregate data | Firebase Firestore | Retained for statistical purposes. Individual deletion is not technically possible because no person can be identified. After consent revocation, newly collected responses are excluded from aggregation. |
About cloud sync: Recorded audio itself is never stored in the cloud. Only survey responses and anonymized scores are stored in Firestore.
5. User Rights
- Data access and deletion: Device-local data can be deleted by uninstalling the app. To delete individual survey responses stored in the cloud, please contact us.
- Advertising personalization: You can restrict the use of advertising identifiers via iOS Settings → "Privacy & Security" → "Tracking".
- Revoking statistics data sharing: You can revoke your consent for third-party statistics sharing from the Settings screen under "Statistics Data Sharing".
- Withdrawing consent: You can withdraw consent to data collection by stopping use of the App and uninstalling it.
- Contact: Please contact us at the address below.
6. Security
The App is designed to process audio data on-device by default, and external transmission is limited to the minimum necessary data only when using the LLM consultation feature. Please note, however, that no communication over the internet can be made entirely risk-free.
7. Tracking (iOS)
The App supports the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You can decline permission for personalized-ad tracking via the dialog shown on first launch. If declined, advertisements in the App will be non-personalized.
8. Children's Privacy
This App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under the age of 13 are asked not to use this App. Parents, please ensure that children do not download or use the App without supervision.
9. Changes
This Policy may be revised due to changes in laws, new features, or policy changes. For important changes, we will notify you within the app or in the App Store update description.
